Hunters Safety                

If you’re looking to purchase a Michigan Hunting License, and were born after January 1^st, 1960 then you’re in need of the Hunter Education Safety Certificate, which we offer classes for!

The course

This course involves a simple online course that you will take at home and complete at your own pace before your field day. You will then follow up at one of the scheduled “Field Days” that takes place here at Hunters Creek Club from 9:00am-3:00pm (registration required to attend). During the field day you will have the opportunity to practice hands on gun safety, tree stand safety, live shooting and demonstrations, lunch, and lastly the day ending with you finishing up with the MIchigan’s DNR hunter’s safety exam.

 

Note: Upon passing the online course, please print and bring the certificate to Hunter’s Creek to finalize on your field day.

The Cost

We do NOT charge for the course, nor do you have to be member at Hunters Creek Club to attend. We do offer lunch to all the students and there accompanied guests that attend for a minimal fee, but feel free to bring your own lunch.
