Frequently Asked Questions

What can you teach my dog?

We can teach your pointing dog or retriever to be the ultimate hunting dog if it has the natural ability and you have the time and budget to continue to allow us to develop that ability.

How long will it take to train my dog?

Every dog is different. We will not take a dog for less than six weeks, and you are encouraged to monitor its progress during that time. After two weeks, we will give you an evaluation of how we feel your dog is doing and an educated guess of how long it will take the dog to meet the standards that you have set.

How do I find out how my dog is progressing?

We encourage you to visit your dog as often as you can. Two visits per month are included in the training fee and can be scheduled with our secretary. Additional visits are available per our rate schedule. No news is generally good news, and we ask that you limit your calls to the club to two a month, because the trainers accomplish more in the field than they do on the phone. We appreciate your cooperation.

Do you sell trained dogs?

We certainly do. Call the Club to find out more.
